reviveMemories ("we") restores, colorizes and animates old photos using artificial intelligence. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what your rights are, in accordance with the GDPR and Brazil's LGPD where applicable.

1. Data we collect

Account: name, email and password (stored encrypted) when you create an account.

Uploaded photos: the images you upload for restoration, the generated results and the options you choose.

Payment: payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe and local payment providers). We do not store your full card details.

Usage and browsing:IP address, device type, pages visited and campaign parameters (UTM), including through cookies and technologies such as the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API, used to measure our ads.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to:

process your photos and deliver the results;
create and manage your account and orders;
process payments and prevent fraud;
provide support;
measure and improve our ads and our service.

AI processing: your photos are processed by artificial-intelligence models operated by infrastructure providers we contract, exclusively to generate the result you requested. We do not use your photos to train AI models and we do not sell them to anyone.

3. Sharing

We share data only with processors required to run the service: hosting and database infrastructure, AI image-processing providers, payment providers, transactional email tooling and advertising platforms (in aggregated or pseudonymized form, for measurement). We do not sell your personal data.

4. Retention

We keep your photos and results while your account exists so you can access them. Payment and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires.

5. Your rights and data deletion

You can request at any time: access to your data, correction, portability, anonymization or deletion of your account, your photos and your personal data.

To exercise any right, email support@songsforge.com with the subject "Data deletion" from your registered email address. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 15 days, except for records we are legally required to keep.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies (session and login) and ad-measurement cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and infrastructure providers with recognized security practices. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
